Issues on general multihoming

Multihoming means combination of the followings:
multiple ISPs
multiple prefixes
multiple gateways
multiple external links

Issues
exit gateway (link) selection
an undesirable external link may be chosen.
ingress filtering
load balancing among external links

The issues are not specific to IPv6, but
No provider-independent addresses in IPv6, and
An IPv6 multihomed site will have multiple prefixes assigned.

Proposals are on the table, need experiments
